We carry a large range of demonstration equipment to back up our designs, so you can see and hear products first hand at your premises before you invest in them. We have recently discovered that we have been experiencing severe issues with email sent via our kelsoundandvision.com & kelsv.com email addresses. Evidently these problems have been evident for some months however both ourselves and our customers have been unaware of the problems.
For the most part we believed that we were experiencing just long delays, however it has been brought to our attention that email is being bounced back and in a lot of instances just going missing. We can only apologise if any mail you have forward to us has gone unanswered, but there is a more than likely chance that we have never received it.
In case any of our customers are interested our email hosting was provided by 123-reg.co.uk, and we would certainly NOT be recommending them to anyone else!
We have now installed our email server and our mail is back up and running.
